How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days. Once shipped, standard domestic delivery usually takes 5-7 business days, though expedited options are available at checkout.
What is your return policy for barware and glassware?
We accept returns on unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on bitters, syrups, or other perishable goods.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery timelines are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
What should I do if my glassware arrives broken?
While we pack our items with extreme care, accidents can happen during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us a photo of the item and packaging within 48 hours, and we will send a replacement immediately.
Can I track my order once it has been placed?
Absolutely. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to monitor your package's progress.
Are your cocktail bitters and syrups non-alcoholic?
Most of our syrups are non-alcoholic. However, many of our bitters are glycerin or alcohol-based. Please check the specific product description for detailed ingredient and alcohol content information.
