Return Process

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all glassware and bar tools are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 business days of initiating the request.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method, typically appearing within 5-10 business days.
