About the Coffey Park Swizzle: When Alex Day developed this recipe in 2008, sherry was still an underutilized ingredient in cocktails. But when he combined nutty amontillado with a slightly funky rum, it became the foundation for his Coffey Park Swizzle (a nod to the classic Queen's Park Swizzle) and the inspiration for many more drinks to come that paired sherry with another base spirit.
